Academic Tools

E3Legacy provides families and youth with access to a curated collection of academic tools and resources. From free tutoring platforms to study guides and test prep materials, E3Legacy connects Baltimore students with the resources they need to succeed academically.

Mental Health Resources

E3Legacy recognizes that mental and emotional health are foundational to a young person's success. E3Legacy connects youth and families with trusted mental health resources in Baltimore, including counseling services, crisis support lines, and wellness programs.

Community Services

E3Legacy maintains a directory of Baltimore community services to help families access the support they need. Resources include food assistance, housing support, childcare, legal aid, and employment services.

Scholarships

E3Legacy's Scholarship Program awards financial assistance to youth who demonstrate commitment, growth, and community engagement. Scholarship applications open annually in the spring. E3Legacy also maintains a list of external scholarship opportunities available to Baltimore youth.

To refer a young person to E3Legacy, please complete our referral form on the Contact page or reach out directly at info@e3legacy.org. We will follow up within 2–3 business days to discuss program fit and enrollment.

We'd love to have you! Complete our volunteer interest form on the Get Involved page. We hold quarterly mentor orientations and will match you with a young person based on your interests, availability, and geographic location. All mentors undergo a background check and training.

E3Legacy primarily serves youth ages 10–18 in the Baltimore metropolitan area. Some programs have specific age requirements — please contact us for details.

Yes. E3Legacy, Ltd. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Our EIN is available upon request.

100% of your donation goes directly to E3Legacy programs and operations. We maintain strict financial accountability and publish annual reports detailing our program expenditures and impact. See our Transparency page for more information.
