How We Got Here

Our Story

E3Legacy was founded on the conviction that every young person deserves a caring adult in their corner. What started as informal mentoring relationships in Baltimore neighborhoods grew into a structured nonprofit with four core programs serving 150+ youth annually.

Our name reflects our three-part commitment: to Educate, to Empower, and to build a lasting Legacy — one young person, one family, one community at a time.
