How We Got Here
Our Story
E3Legacy was founded in Baltimore with a simple but powerful belief: that every young person deserves a champion. What began as a small mentorship circle has grown into a thriving nonprofit serving hundreds of youth annually. Our founders — themselves products of Baltimore's neighborhoods — understood firsthand the barriers young people face and the transformative power of one caring adult who refuses to give up on them. Today, that spirit lives in every program, partnership, and relationship we build.
