Program 01
Mentorship
E3Legacy's mentorship program pairs Baltimore youth ages 10–18 with trained, caring adult mentors who commit to consistent, long-term relationships. Mentor-mentee pairs meet regularly for one-on-one time, participating in structured activities, goal-setting conversations, and life skill building. E3Legacy provides ongoing training, support, and community events to strengthen every mentoring relationship.
E3Legacy's mentorship program is built on the research-backed belief that one caring, consistent adult can change the trajectory of a young person's life.
Program 02
Academic Support
E3Legacy's Academic Enrichment program supports Baltimore youth in achieving their educational goals through tutoring, homework help, and college preparation. E3Legacy partners with local schools, libraries, and universities to connect students with academic resources and mentors who understand their educational journey.
E3Legacy's Academic Enrichment program serves students from elementary through high school, meeting them at their current level and building toward their next academic milestone.
Program 03
Life Skills
E3Legacy's Life Skills Development program prepares Baltimore youth for the practical and relational demands of adult life. Through workshops, experiential learning, and mentoring, participants develop skills in financial literacy, communication, conflict resolution, healthy relationships, and personal responsibility.
E3Legacy believes that life skills are not innate — they are learned, practiced, and refined through relationship and experience. E3Legacy's program creates the space for that learning to happen.
Program 04
Career Pathways
E3Legacy's Career Exploration & Scholarships program connects Baltimore youth with career exposure opportunities, professional mentors, internships, and scholarship support. E3Legacy partners with Baltimore businesses, professionals, and colleges to open doors that might otherwise remain closed.
E3Legacy awards scholarships annually to youth who demonstrate commitment, growth, and community engagement — because financial barriers should never determine a young person's future.
